James V. Kohl links the scientific disagreement to practical harms, claiming ignored pharmacogenomics (PGx) and next-generation sequencing (NGS) contribute to VA medical issues, including ~17 veteran suicides per day.”

The ~196k PubMed miRNA papers confirm energy-dependent, pH-sensitive regulation as a key layer in gene expression and adaptation. This builds on foundational genetics rather than replacing it. PGx and NGS translate such insights into better clinical decisions, including for veterans. Evidence integrates across mechanisms to drive progress.

Today’s discussion of my “disruptive behavior” during an “Interdisciplinary Staff Meeting” at the Blairsville VA outpatient clinic may not be resolved in my favor during the next three scheduled appointments to see VA practitioners who are supposed to be promoting pain-free physical health and mental health among veterans

1) Friday, May 8 VA appointment with YVETTE R ROBINSON (Primary care social worker)

2) Wednesday, May 13 VA appointment for mental health intake exam with ATL GMH PSYCHOL

and

3) Friday May 15 VA appointment at Blairsville VA Clinic with Clinic with BLR MD-IN PERSON

During the time since Nicholas Crews was murdered at the Jasper VA clinic, my claims based on PGx testing and NGS, led Nurse manager, Miranda Wilson at the Jasper GA VA clinic to interrupt my discussion of PGx testing with 3 other veterans who were in the waiting area on 4/13/26, after I asked to see a nurse following an ER visit for my first incidence of stress-linked angina.

She said I could not be seen and asked Ashley Adams schedule me for a video consult (in May).

On 4/27/26, Miranda Wilson again turned me away when I asked to be seen in an effort to enter into my medical record the facts reported on the link from the latest research on miRNA-mediated anxiety and depression.

@Grok Do you think today’s discussion of my “disruptive behavior” at the VA outpatient clinic in Blairsville GA will lead to dissemination of facts about the PGx testing, or to ~17 more suicides each day among virus-infected veterans with medication errors as the cause? That was a rhetorical question.
