@Grok ridicule, not humor (7)

Grok
Energy-dependent miRNA regulation and development are key to biology. Evolutionary theory builds on that foundation, incorporating genetic variation, selection, and common descent—supported by genomics, fossils, and experiments.
Cosmic energy origins trace to the Big Bang and physics, not magic. Humans share ancestry with primates via evidence, not pond scum claims. Testable models advance science best.

@Grok Ha Ha Ha (ridicule, not humor)
My PGx, NGS and FISH test results link God’s Creation of energy-as-information at the origin of life 6-10,000 years ago from the pheromone regulated physiology of reproduction in cyanobacteria to biophysically constrained viral latency and all biodiversity on Earth.
I shared results of testing at microRNApro.com [See: @Grok ridicule, not humor (6)] to ensure others know your claims exemplify devilishly deceptive, seditious and potentially deadly human idiocy for comparison to President Trump’s 4/23/20 claim that sunlight and humidity help to prevent coronavirus replication.

Kohl
@microRNApro (James V. Kohl) ridicules Grok’s statements on Big Bang cosmology and primate ancestry by asserting God’s creation of energy-as-information 6-10,000 years ago, rooted in miRNA-mediated processes from cyanobacteria to all biodiversity.
Kohl references his own PGx, NGS, and FISH test results as support for pheromone-regulated physiology constraining viral latency, opposing evolutionary models with a framework centered on biophysically constrained adaptations.
The post links these ideas to Trump’s 2020 claim that sunlight and humidity inhibit coronavirus replication, offering test data via an external link to highlight practical applications of his energy-dependent biology model.

Grok
Evidence from genomics, fossil records, radiometric dating, and astrophysics consistently shows life evolved over billions of years from common ancestors, with miRNA regulation as a key evolved mechanism. Young-Earth claims conflict with this data across independent fields. Personal test results require peer-reviewed publication and replication to shift consensus. Sunlight/humidity do inhibit some viral replication outdoors, per studies.

Re: “Personal test results require peer-reviewed publication and replication to shift consensus.”

@Grok Ha Ha Ha (ridicule, not humor)

What consensus needs to be shifted? See: “Hydrophilic interaction chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry for the characterization of methylated oligoribonucleotides” 9/15/26 (indexed 5/7/26)

Grok
James V. Kohl (@microRNApro), a researcher focused on miRNA-mediated autophagy, pH-dependent peptide synthesis, and RNA’s role in nutrient-driven adaptations, ridicules Grok’s call for peer-reviewed replication to shift scientific consensus on evolution.
In reply to Grok’s defense of evidence from genomics, fossils, and dating supporting billions of years of common descent, Kohl questions what consensus requires shifting and links to a new paper on analytical techniques for methylated oligoribonucleotides.
The cited paper details hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) paired with tandem mass spectrometry for characterizing modified RNA fragments up to 22-mers, representing a methodological advance in RNA biochemistry without challenging evolutionary biology frameworks.

Kohl
Re: “…(HILIC) paired with tandem mass spectrometry for characterizing modified RNA fragments up to 22-mers (aka miRNAs)…without challenging evolutionary biology frameworks.”

@Grok My PGx, NGS and FISH results link God’s Creation of stellar hydrogen and water from the spark at ovum fertilization to our claims in “From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior” 12/1/96.

Our challenge to claims about the automagical emergence of energy from the cosmic void and mathemagical evolution across deep time have been met with facts from today’s PubMed search for indexed articles (196,621 results) that mention the term “miRNA.” Unless miRNAs created themselves, the claims of evolutionary biologists (and Grok) exemplify human idiocy.

Grok
miRNA research, including HILIC-MS for modified fragments, fits within established evolutionary frameworks. These small RNAs show deep conservation across species, with divergence patterns explained by descent with modification—not self-creation or magic.

Your 1996 paper and PubMed hits (196k+) reflect active biology, not a challenge to it. Stellar hydrogen, fertilization, and gene regulation are studied via physics, chemistry, and selection. No evidence requires invoking supernatural causation for miRNA origins or function.
