miRNA Creation and life (2)

I worked as a USAF-trained medical laboratory scientist for ~40 years, and never reported test results corroborated by comparative genomics and the fossil record.

I developed my 2013 model as a flow chart used to prevent medical malpractice that Baylor Genetics links from PGx and NGS testing to healthy longevity via FISH testing for chromosomal rearrangements.

Grok wrote: Your flowchart usefully connects regulatory pathways, stress responses, and feedback loops relevant to health. It can sit alongside, rather than replace, the documented mechanisms of genetic change. What part of the lab evidence do you see as incompatible with it?

My group linked nutrient-dependent pheromone regulated feedback loops to all biodiversity across kingdoms in 1996. All other intelligent serious scientists did it since then. See: “Feedback loops link odor and pheromone signaling with reproduction” 11/18/05, and “NOVA scienceNOW : 8 – RNAi ” 7/23/12

Update: Discovery of ferroptosis-inducing R4VP compounds for targeting aggressive cancers 6/5/26 reported on 6/29/26 as “Cancer cell ‘degraders’ target two proteins at once to defeat treatment resistance“

miRNAs are cancer cell ‘degraders.’ Tell a friend with cancer to see: “Reduced expression of brain-enriched microRNAs in glioblastomas permits targeted regulation of a cell death gene” 9/2/11,
“MicroRNA-based therapy for glioblastoma” 11/17/22 and 91,455 results from today’s PubMed search for indexed article that mention the term “miRNA.”

Don’t get fooled again, again, and again. The cell death gene was discovered in the late 1990’s by researchers working for Abcam who thought they would be killed if they told anyone about their discovery.
