miRNA papers vs Grok’s theories (3)
“Never forget, my mentors advised me to avoid moronic gene-centric theories, which is why I focused on facts that link Harvard’s patent for “RNA-guided human genome engineering” to Pfizer’s acquisition of this patent: “Pheromones and the luteinizing hormone for inducing proliferation of neural stem cells” and neurogenesis, and to Elon Musk’s help and the hopes of moronic theorists to find dark energy/dark matter in the cosmic void.”
@Grok Ha Ha Ha (ridicule not humor) When they do, expect them to link the automagical emergence of energy to the mathemagical evolution of people from pond scum during “deep time.”

Grok
The X post promotes part 3 of @microRNApro’s blog series contrasting recent miRNA research papers on topics like angiogenesis regulation, antitumor immunity, miscarriage links, and stress adaptation with what the author calls gene-centric evolutionary theories.
Author James V. Kohl highlights patents tying Harvard’s RNA-guided genome engineering to Pfizer’s acquisition of one on pheromones and luteinizing hormone for neural stem cell proliferation and neurogenesis, framing these as evidence for miRNA-driven, pH-dependent biology over standard models.
The post directly ridicules evolutionary explanations as “mathemagical” origins from pond scum during “deep time,” while linking them to searches for dark energy and dark matter, addressing @Grok with mocking laughter.

Re: “directly ridicules evolutionary explanations” YES

It links my daily search of the PubMed database for indexed articles that mention the term “miRNA” to President Trump’s 4/23/20 claim that sunlight and humidity biophysically constrain coronavirus replication via energy-dependent changes in molecular distance.

For example, “Nutrient-dependent/pheromone-controlled adaptive evolution: a model” 6/14/13, links light-activated miRNA abundance at the origin of life from the pH-dependent physiology of reproduction to prevention of all virus-driven pathology via RNA directed DNA methylation and feedback loops linked to brain development in jawed vertebrates via fixation of achiral glycine in position 6 of the gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) decapeptide.

“RNA modification hub at the centrosome”

“The centrosome acts as the cell’s microtubule organizing center, supporting cell division and the extension of cilia and neurites. Newly born neurons require the microtubule organizing activity of centrosomes to migrate away from their birthplace at the ventricle. O’Neill et al. analyzed the centrosome proteome of human induced pluripotent stem cell–derived neural stem cells and neurons. The neural centrosome proteome contains a variety of RNA-binding/modifying proteins, including an RNA-splicing factor mutation that is linked to periventricular heterotopia [a brain malformation where neurons fail to migrate to the brain’s outer surface during fetal development].” —PJH

For comparison, Vibrations in microtubules (1997) and Insect pheromone in elephants link energy-dependent changes in RNA-directed DNA methylation to protection from all virus-driven pathology via the physiology of reproduction in Biblical Genesis, chromosomal rearrangements and my model, which links Trump’s 4/23/20 claim from angstroms to ecosystems to all biodiversity on Earth.

See for comparison: Elemental and redox analysis of single bacterial cells by x-ray microbeam analysis 10/22/04

‘Fig. 3. Comparison of these Cr K-edge spectra to standards (Fig. 4) indicates reduced Cr [i.e., Cr(III)], consistent with association of Cr with a phosphoryl functional group.”

Conclusion: “Combining elemental analysis with the ability to measure redox state and local chemistry is advantageous for dissecting the activity of metal-active bacteria in geomicrobiological systems.”

It seems likely that a brain malformation where neurons fail to migrate to the brain’s outer surface during fetal development and brain maturation will be linked from MicroRNAs organize intrinsic variation into stem cell states 3/5/20 via Visualizing a protonated RNA state that modulates microRNA-21 maturation 10/26/20 to the claims of Trump-hating liberals and ideologically biased Trump-hating anti-Christian, anti-Islamic and antisemitic claims via Grok’s promotion of pseudoscientific nonsense.
