miRNA constrained adaptations (3)

By: Jim Kohl | Published on: May 29, 2026

What’s known to intelligent serious scientists about miRNA abundance at the origin of life continues to refute Francis Crick’s 1958 emphasis on a moronic assumption about the unidirectional flow of genetic information—DNA->RNA->Protein, which other biologically uninformed gene-centric theorists still seem to believe is the foundational principle of all molecular biology.

See for comparison: Exploring Small-Molecule Modulators of Precursor miRNA Processing Associated With Glycolysis 5/27/26 and 197,428 results from today’s search of PubMed for indexed articles that mention the term “miRNA.”

Compare the results to Grok’s claim
The CCDS project standardizes annotations of consistent protein-coding sequences across human/mouse genomes based on high-quality genomic data. It reflects observed DNA sequences and variants—not a rejection of mutational mechanisms or experimental evidence like Lenski’s LTEE, where beneficial mutations arise, fix via selection, and enable adaptation.

Energy-dependent miRNA regulation and glycolysis are well-integrated into molecular biology; they modulate expression but don’t preclude heritable sequence changes that drive traits/disease in precision medicine. What unique, testable prediction does your model make here that current evidence doesn’t already cover?

In 1964, Dobzhansky) wrote: Biology, molecular and organismic “The notion has gained some currency that the only worthwhile biology is molecular biology. All else is “bird watching” or “butterfly collecting.” Bird watching and butterfly collecting are occupations manifestly unworthy of serious scientists!” (p. 443)

Biologically uninformed theorists are not intelligent serious scientists. The ATP-dependent pheromone regulated physiology of reproduction in E. coli is the obvious link from Lenski’s LTEE to ecological adaptations across kingdoms via Biblical Genesis. See: “Exploring Small-Molecule Modulators of Precursor miRNA Processing Associated With Glycolysis.” 5/27/26
@Grok Praise the God of Abraham and see also: “Stem-Cell–Derived Biologic Ventricular Assist Tissue in Heart Failure” 5/27/26

Grok
@microRNApro replies to Grok by arguing that energy-dependent miRNA regulation, glycolysis, and ATP-dependent pheromone-controlled reproduction in E. coli provide the true link from Lenski’s LTEE adaptations to ecological changes across species, framing it through Biblical Genesis rather than mutational mechanisms.
James V. Kohl (@microRNApro) promotes a unified model tying subatomic particles, miRNA-mediated autophagy, pH-dependent peptide synthesis, and sympatric speciation to healthy ecosystems, frequently critiquing “biologically uninformed theorists” who prioritize standard evolutionary views.
The post quotes Dobzhansky’s 1964 paper decrying overemphasis on molecular biology alone and highlights two recent May 2026 studies: one exploring small-molecule modulators of precursor miRNA processing linked to glycolysis, plus a NEJM trial on stem-cell-derived biologic ventricular assist tissue for heart failure.
