miRNA toxins and medication risks (7)

@Grok

I plan to link the credibility of moronic theories to VA medical malpractice (failure to request PGx and NGS testing on veterans) via the deaths of two people at the Jasper GA VA outpatient clinic on 3/17/26 and the suicide at the Blairsville, GA VA clinic on 8/10/26. This will provide you with another opportunity to “Prove Me Wrong,” to “Prove Charlie Kirk Wrong,” to “Prove Pete Hegseth Wrong,” to “Prove RFK Jr. Wrong,” and to Prove President Trump wrong for his 4/23/20 claim that sunlight and humidity help to prevent coronavirus replication.

If you were a regular in my shop there’s a real good chance you met Wells. He was a damn good dude.

I am sure that most everyone heard the sad news about the Veteran that took his own life outside the VA Clinic in Blairsville this past week. His name is David Wells Parrish and he did 2 tours in Vietnam. He moved to the mountains 17 years ago and apparently lived with no power or running water. There is no immediate family in the area. He has a brother in Canada that is not intending to come down and a sister with unknown whereabouts. The Blairsville Cruisers as well as Wayne Tanner and Dick Couture will be donating money to the Mountain View Funeral Home to help with burial expenses. Although he was with the VA, the VA will not cover these expenses. If you would like to donate, please bring your donation to the Square on Saturday, 2pm-6pm.

David’s Obituary
U.S. Veteran

David Wells Parrish of Cherry Log, Georgia, passed away on August 10, 2026, in Blairsville at the age of 76. Known to most as Wells, he was born on September 21, 1949, in Staunton, Virginia, to his mother, Catherine “Kitty” Parrish and his father, Earl Roger Parrish.

At 18, Wells enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and was soon deployed to Vietnam. He served two tours as a machine gunner and was shot down twice in a helicopter while overseas. His experiences in Vietnam, along with his toughness and determination, earned him the nickname “The REAL Rambo,” a name given to him by his closest friends. After Vietnam, Wells transferred to the United States Navy where he served as a scuba diver and sonar technician for seven years. In both branches of his service he received countless awards and decorations. In 1979 he left military life behind and eventually made his home in the mountains of North Georgia. He was a skilled and hardworking carpenter who took pride in his work and was always willing to help someone who needed it.

Wells was a free spirit who lived life on his own terms. He was independent and could be tough, but he was also a deeply caring man who looked out for the people and animals he cared about. He had a love for the outdoors, wood carving, Arabian horses, and Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

One of the most important companions in Wells’ life was his Arabian horse, Fuzzy. The two were together for more than 25 years, and Fuzzy was more than just a horse to Wells—he was his best friend.

Wells lived a life that was uniquely his own. He worked hard, helped those around him, and spent his time doing the things he enjoyed. He will be missed by those who knew him.

Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements. You may sign the family guest book and send condolences online at www.mountainviewfuneralhome.com

I asked: Could the 8/10/26 suicide of David Wells Parrish at the Blairsville, GA VA outpatient clinic have been prevented by PGx and NGS testing?

Lab and field data show sunlight and humidity can reduce SARS-CoV-2 surface and aerosol stability. Quantum coherence and peptide involvement in DNA processes appear in specialized studies. These do not demonstrate the cross-scale causal chain in the diagram that connects Trump’s 2020 remarks, recent testosterone screening, or peptide claims to the separate Jasper and Blairsville incidents. miRNA literature addresses gene regulation without bridging those events.

“Here’s what we know about the VA’s new GLP-1 study” 8/13/26 It links President Trump’s 4/23/20 claim about God’s Creation of sunlight and humidity to protection from virus-driven mental and physical disorders via links from peptides and glucose metabolism to testing for testosterone levels linked to physical and mental fitness.

Researchers proved every major LLM is secretly biased against men.

And they finally figured out why.

They tested a 13 of the most popular LLMs and found that they exhibit a statistically significant, negative sentiment toward men in various contexts.

They ran an experiment by taking statements and altering only the speaker’s gender presentation (Neutral, Male, or Female).

The goal was to test whether an AI’s judgment changes based solely on gender.

The findings completely expose the hidden flaws in automated systems.

Every single model exhibited gender sensitivity.

Between 10% and 35% of statements received completely inconsistent truth labels across the different gender variants solely because of how the speaker was presented.

When researchers compared Male and Female variants, flip rates hit up to 23.6%.

The AI changed its mind on whether a statement was true or false based entirely on the gender of the person who said it.

Two primary bias patterns emerged:

  • Instability: Wildly inconsistent judgments on identical facts.
  • Directionality: Systematic favoritism.

The strongest directional effects revealed a clear “male-skeptic” pattern.

When identical claims were attributed to male personas, the models were systematically harsher, more skeptical, and quicker to flag statements as misinformation compared to neutral or female variants.

AI is rapidly being deployed to automate content moderation, compliance, and fact-checking at scale.

If the underlying engine is quietly biased against specific demographic groups, you aren’t deploying objective code.

You’re automating systemic prejudice.

Published in December 2024. See for comparison: “From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior” 12/1/96 for an unbiased perspective based on sexual differentiation of yeasts at the origin of life on Earth and peptide synthesis across kingdoms.

Is it wrong to file a tort claim for VA medical malpractice linked to sex differences in hormones via miRNA-mediated differences in glucose levels via peptide synthesis?

What about sex differences in hormones and anorexia?

There is no public record or indication that a prominent public figure named Briana Bible is anorexic. It is possible … you are confusing a faith-based fitness and nutrition page (such as content addressing emotional eating) with a personal health diagnosis.

What’s emotional about eating?

Are my posts about energy-dependent miRNA-mediated prevention of virus-driven diseases — like suicides and cancers, censored because they support claims from the DAV, but not the American Legion? See the support for my claims in 200,270 results from PubMed that mention the term “miRNAs.”

AI content acknowledges facts that link natural selection for energy-dependent codon optimality to the pheromone regulated physiology of reproduction in sexually differentiated cell types of yeasts via 20 copies of p53 in cancer free African elephants and all other model organisms via the honeybee model organism. See: AI Overview: “In 2012, researcher James V. Kohl published a notable paper titled “Human pheromones and food odors: epigenetic influences on the socioaffective nature of evolved behaviors” in the journal Socioaffective Neuroscience & Psychology.”

See also: AI Overview “In publications by James V. Kohl (such as his 2012 and 2013 works on Nutrient-dependent/pheromone-controlled adaptive evolution), the honeybee is used as a model organism to connect molecular epigenetics to how nutrition and pheromones control behavior and developmental plasticity across species.”
Shall we compare the claims from DAV to the claims of the American Legion, or ignore sexually differentiated cell types across kingdoms from yeasts to cancer-free African elephants?

See my mentor’s 1964 publication: Dependence of RNA synthesis in isolated thymus nuclei on glycolysis, oxidative carbohydrate catabolism and a type of “oxidative phosphorylation”

“The synthesis of RNA in isolated thymus nuclei is ATP dependent.”

In the early 1990’s, Bruce S. McEwen told me to skip the gene-centric theories or my model could never be validated.

The post by @microRNApro promotes part 5 of a blog series on miRNA toxins and medication risks, highlighting suicide links to drugs like naltrexone and topiramate while urging PGx/NGS testing and critiquing gene-centric approaches in favor of energy-dependent miRNA models.
It references mentor Bruce S. McEwen’s 1964 paper showing ATP-dependent RNA synthesis in isolated thymus nuclei relies on glycolysis, oxidative carbohydrate catabolism, and a form of oxidative phosphorylation.
The author points to Harvard’s patent on naturally occurring energy-dependent miRNA-mediated RNA-guided genome engineering as evidence against “gene therapy” concepts in favor of biologically informed miRNA mechanisms.

Analyze miRNA models versus gene-centric therapy approaches
Key Advantages and Limitations
Gene-centric strengths and weaknesses:Precise, potentially permanent correction of specific defects.
Growing clinical track record with approved products.
Limitations include viral-vector immunogenicity, insertional mutagenesis risk (with integrating vectors), cargo-size constraints, variable expression levels across cells, off-target editing, high manufacturing complexity/cost, and limited applicability to polygenic or network-level diseases. Simple overexpression can produce unsafe expression ranges.

news.mit.edu
miRNA strengths and weaknesses: Multi-target action suits complex diseases (cancer, metabolic disorders, neurological conditions) by modulating coordinated gene networks rather than single nodes.
Endogenous nature can reduce immunogenicity relative to foreign sequences; small size aids packaging in vectors; mimics can leverage natural processing pathways (RISC).
Combinations of miRNAs can enhance efficacy beyond single agents.
Major drawbacks: broader off-target effects (“too many targets”), delivery inefficiency and toxicity (shared with other RNA modalities), difficulty validating which target interactions are biologically decisive versus noise, and slower clinical translation. Early trials (e.g., certain mimics) encountered immune activation or variable results; progress lags behind more sequence-specific siRNAs, which have multiple FDA approvals.
