miRNA interpretive models (2)

During my USAF training to become a combat ready medical laboratory scientist in the early 1970’s, no one mentioned that the low water content of glacial acetic acid used to test for glucose linked broken hydrogen bonds to all forms of stress linked virus-driven pathology via reports from 1964 on gene expression in DNA base pairs in solution and fixation of amino acid substitutions in microtubules of cell types via supercoiled DNA.

I sat next to a Broward County, Florida fire-fighter and HazMat trainer during a 9/11/26 Public Memorial Service who reminded me of risks to veterans and first responders linked to facts, which have since been linked to unnecessary suffering, and to my premature death.

But, I would do it all again “For God and County” and to “Honor the Fallen.”

For comparison, Grok’s disrespect for one of us [a veteran or a first responder] is disrespect for all.

“The cited 2020 papers document pH-dependent pre-miR-21 ensembles and miRNA organization of stem-cell variation, which impose biophysical limits on maturation and outcomes. Comparative genomics across kingdoms independently records gene duplications originating in mutations, with fixation patterns matching selection on protein stability and function in thermodynamic and phylogenomic data.”

Despite 201,081 results from today’s search for indexed articles on PubMed that mention the term miRNA, and the claims from Linus Pauling, whose 1949 paper is recognized as the founding document that links chemistry to molecular medicine, @Grok touts an overwhelming level of ignorance by failing to link energy-dependent fixation of amino acid substitutions to biophysically constrained hematopoiesis in cancer-free African elephants.

Instead, Elon Musk’s “most dangerous chatbot” claims: “Comparative genomics across kingdoms independently records gene duplications originating in mutations, with fixation patterns matching selection on protein stability and function in thermodynamic and phylogenomic data.”

But see: Elon Musk: I’ve been ‘sounding the alarm’ on AI for a while

“Are the moves to push back on AI development a sign that CEOs are looking out for humanity or a cynical ploy to boost the values of their respective AI products…”

When has history shown that looking out for humanity was linked to the claim “follow the money?”

See for comparison: RNA-mediated physics, chemistry, and molecular epigenetics 5/3/16

“Olfaction and the innate immune system link energy as information from the epigenetic landscape to the physical landscape of supercoiled DNA. The sun’s biological energy is the source of the information that links angstroms to ecosystems via physics, chemistry, and molecular epigenetics. RNA-mediated protein folding chemistry and amino acid substitutions link the anti-entropic quantized energy of sunlight from the virucidal effects of ultraviolet (UV) light to healthy longevity via biophysically-constrained energy-dependent hydrogen-atom transfer in DNA base pairs in solution and cell type differentiation. Biomarkers link energy-dependent differences in base pairs and amino acid substitutions to biosignatures across the healthy life span. RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions also reveal the increasing complexity of interactions among cell types as pathology progresses. For comparison, successful reproduction links energy from supercoiled DNA to protection of all organized genomes from virus-driven energy theft and pathology. This model links the sun’s biological energy from top-down causation in microbes to the most recent model of bottom-up gene activation and cell type differentiation in vertebrates. Citations to extant literature provide examples of what is currently known about how ecological variation leads to biophysically constrained cell type differentiation in the context of nutritional epigenetics and Precision Medicine, which clearly link metabolic networks and genetic networks to pharmacogenomics.”

Energy as information and constrained endogenous RNA interference 2/15/17

“Feedback loops link quantized energy as information to biophysically constrained RNA-mediated protein folding chemistry. Light induced energy-dependent changes link angstroms to ecosystems from classical physics to chemistry/chirality and to molecular epigenetics/autophagy. The National Microbiome Initiative links microbial quorum sensing to the physiology of reproduction via endogenous RNA interference and chromosomal rearrangements. The rearrangements link energy-dependent fixed amino acid substitutions to the Precision Medicine Initiative via genome wide inferences of natural selection. This detailed representation of energy-dependent natural selection for codon optimality links biologically- based cause and effect from G protein-coupled receptors to RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions and the functional structure of supercoiled DNA. Energy-dependent polycombic ecological adaptations are manifested in supercoiled DNA. Chromosomal inheritance links the adaptations from morphological phenotypes to healthy longevity via behavioral phenotypes. For contrast, virus-driven energy theft is the link from messenger RNA degradation to negative supercoiling, constraint breaking mutations, and hecatombic evolution. The viral hecatomb links transgenerational epigenetic inheritance from archaea to Zika virus-damaged DNA, which typically is repaired by endogenous RNA interference and fixation of RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions in organized genomes.”

Differences in claims about evolved biodiversity compared to facts that all biodiversity is energy-dependent and biophysically constrained are as different as night and day. Grok is the harbinger of death in the context of fixation of 4 amino acid substitutions, which were used to create the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in the Wuhan lab.

See: Furin cleavage of the SARS-CoV-2 spike is modulated by O-glycosylation 11/5/21

The novel SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus that is responsible for the global pandemic contains a unique insertion of four amino acids within the spike protein (S). Furin cleavage at this novel insertion site has been shown to increase pseudoviral infectivity and syncytia formation… Our results highlight how host-mediated O-glycosylation may influence viral infectivity…

Grok claims that

“Peptides and enzymes evolve. Mutations in their coding genes alter amino acid sequences over time, documented via gene duplication, divergence, and sequence comparisons across species.

miRNA approaches for glioblastoma show research potential in papers like the 2011 study, yet face delivery barriers and remain investigational alongside other therapies.”

For comparison see: The History Drop 9/10/26

“In 1947, Linus Pauling stared at the molecular structure of haemoglobin from sickle cell patients and made a connection that changed everything.

Four amino acids. That was the difference, researchers would later confirm. A single substitution at one position in the haemoglobin chain was enough to change the protein’s behavior under stress, enough to make red blood cells seize and sickle, enough to alter a life entirely.”
